Article 1: This contract is exclusively intended for booking stays in guest rooms at the Prieuré Saint-Louis in Floure. Guests will receive the best welcome. The owner commits to personally welcoming them with all desirable attentions to facilitate their stay and help them get to know the region.

Article 2 – Duration of the stay: The client signing this contract for a specified duration cannot, under any circumstances, claim any right to remain on the premises beyond the agreed period. Rooms must be vacated before 11 am on the day of departure.

Article 3 – Conclusion of the contract: The reservation becomes effective once the client has paid the full amount of the stay to the owner either on the Prieuré Saint-Louis website or upon arrival if booked by email or phone. Prices are inclusive of all charges as per the descriptive sheet, including breakfast and tourist tax.

Article 4 – No right of withdrawal: For reservations made by mail, phone, or internet, the tenant does not benefit from a withdrawal period, in accordance with Article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code relating to accommodation services provided on a specific date or according to a specified period.

Article 5 – Cancellation by the client: Any cancellation must be notified by letter or email addressed to the owner.

a) Cancellation before the start of the stay: If the cancellation occurs more than 72 hours before the start of the stay, the client will be fully refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before the start of the stay, the payment remains with the owner, who will request full payment for the stay if the reservation was made by email or phone.

b) If the client does not show up before 7 pm on the scheduled arrival day, this contract becomes null and void, and the owner can reallocate the guest rooms. The deposit remains with the owner, who reserves the right to claim the balance of the stay.

c) In case of a shortened stay, the initial stay’s price remains fully due to the owner. Unused additional services will be refunded.

Article 6 – Cancellation by the owner: If the owner cancels the stay before it begins, they must inform the client by letter or email. The client, without prejudice to claims for any damages suffered, will be refunded immediately the amounts paid.

Article 7 – Arrival: The client must arrive on the specified day between 5 pm and 7 pm. In case of late or delayed arrival, the client must inform the owner at least 1 hour in advance.

Article 8 – Payment of the balance: The balance of the stay will be paid upon arrival to the owner for reservations made by email or phone. Consumptions and additional services not mentioned in this contract will be paid at the end of the stay to the owner.

Article 9 – Tourist tax: The tourist tax is a local tax that the client must pay to the owner, who then transfers it to the public treasury. The tourist tax is included in the stay’s price.

Article 10 – Use of the premises: The client must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them according to their intended purpose. They commit to leaving the rooms in good condition.

Article 11 – Capacity: This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of clients exceeds this number, the owner can refuse additional clients. This refusal cannot be considered a modification or termination of the contract by the owner, and in case of departure of a higher number of clients than those refused, no refund can be considered.

Article 12 – Animals: This contract specifies that the client cannot stay with a pet. If the client does not comply with this clause, the owner can refuse the animals. This refusal cannot be considered a modification or termination of the contract by the owner, and in case of the client’s departure, no refund can be considered.

Article 13 – Disputes: Any complaint regarding a stay must be addressed by letter as soon as possible to find an amicable resolution. These provisions do not preclude possible legal actions by the client or the owner.
